- Develop close working relationship with customers championing products.
- Identify niche market segments locally, create market awareness, new product positioning and launch, develop and implement effective marketing programs with the timely support to penetrate, expand and accelerate business growth.
- Understand market trends, competitions, local market culture/customer expectations in order to achieve the organizations’ goals.
- Liaise with management and on various matters – develop jointly common marketing goals/strategies, share marketing information, obtain courses information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a sales / engineering role, ideally within the semiconductor, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries ( advantage )
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex technical products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel as required ( for roadshow if there is any, good exposure )
