Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Brand & Marketing team in new store openings, new product launches and marketing-related events and activities.
• Assist in preparation of outlets' collateral requirements and dissemination.
• Copywriting and vetting for communication materials, online channel management and website updates.
• Work with appointed agencies and assist Senior Executive to manage the brand's social media platforms.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments, liaison with mall A&P teams on ad spaces and mall campaigns.
• Support the Senior Executive in various administrative matters such as raising of internal forms and memo generation.
• Preparation of post-campaign reports.
• Assist in marketing research and any other ad-hoc tasks if required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong administrative and time management skills.
• Attention to details with positive working attitude.

• To co-ordinate and execute marketing plans and activities for various projects and events.
• To co-ordinate production of advertisements for print, online and outdoor media, collaterals creations etc.
• To co-ordinate promotions with partners and work closely with media (in-house & 3rd parties)
• To work closely with operation teams and outlets for promotions.
• Organizing promotional activities.
• Understanding market and customer.
• Piloting the innovations and creating new indications and expanding markets.
• Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement.
• Accountability for Brand's performance & working closely with the operations team.
• Execution of trade and promotional activities.
• Managing advertising and promotion funds.
• Product Development - Feasibility study and product launches
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
