We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive regional sales of Electric Motors & Prognostic Health Management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, with expertise and experience in selling similar motor products. This role is to expanding our market presence in Singapore and neighbouring countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Industrial Electric Motors & Services within Singapore and the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients across various industries.
- Leverage in-depth product knowledge to understand customer needs and present tailored motor solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and ongoing business development.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Handle sale enquires and generate quotations, negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability.
- Provide after-sales support and maintenance services, collaborate with the technical and service teams to enhance product offerings and optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on motors, online vibration monitoring system, or similar industrial products.
- Proven track record in regional sales, particularly within Singapore and neighbouring markets.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of Electric Motors, Vibration monitoring and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
