Update daily reports on work completed for all jobs.
Quality assurance and compliance to ensure all works meet the company's quality standards and contractual requirements.
Adhere to and enforce requirements set by clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
Monitor work compliance with project quality and safety plans, including design specifications.
Material and resource management : Review and approve material requisitions to ensure timely availabilityof resources.
Control project resources to maintain alignment with budget and schedule.
Safety and environment compliance enforce safe work procedures and environment control measures on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment together with the safety coordinator or officer.
Communication and coordination : Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, consultants, and relevent authorities on all project aspects.
Address and fulfill all requirements specified by clients, consultants, and authorities.
Team delegation and leadership : Delegate tasks to site workers effectively .
Monitor team performance and work progress to maintain project run within timelines
