Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of lift technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance plans for all lifts to ensure their reliable and efficient operation.
• Oversee general repair and maintenance tasks, addressing any queries related to lift operations.
• Attend to lift breakdowns promptly, troubleshooting equipment faults and carrying out preventive and corrective actions.
• Perform inspections and testing of lifts to ensure they meet operational and safety standards.
• Supervise external contractors during lift upgrading and improvement works, ensuring they adhere to safety standards and complete work to specifications.
• Plan and manage lift upgrading and modernization projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful completion.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and testing.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management, including performance metrics, maintenance schedules, and incident analyses.
• Ensure that all lift maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations, standards, and codes.
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the maintenance team.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related diploma
• Minimum 2 3 years of engineering industry
• Supervisory experience is a plus
