Our client, an US Based MNC in the Aerospace industry, is seeking for a suitable and passionate candidate to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the team to achieve key growth targets by providing customer service to the assigned portfolio of customer accounts
• Work closely with sales team to assist campaigns for leads generation across company’s range of products
• Manage customer forecast and provide regular feedback to the planning team
• Monitor and manage the administration of assigned customers including but not limited to Contract review and Quotes generation
• Handle the order management process for both spares and repairs
• Be the main contact person for assigned customers; manage enquiries and cases
• Provide regular report and updates including sales metrics, customer satisfaction and month end
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Business Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office will be advantageous
