Position Overview: As a 3D Designer and Visualiser (Interior Design), you will play a crucial role in translating conceptual designs into visually stunning 3D renderings. With your expertise in interior design and proficiency in 3D modelling software, you will bring our clients' projects, to life and ensure that every detail is meticulously crafted to perfection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualisation and Visualisation:Work closely with the interior design team to conceptualise and develop interior design concepts for commercial spaces and private residential projects. Translate these concepts into detailed 3D renderings that accurately convey the intended aesthetic and spatial layout.
- 3D Modelling and Rendering:Utilise your proficiency in 3D modelling software (e.g., AutoCAD, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Sketchup) to create realistic 3D models of interior spaces, furniture, fixtures, and architectural elements. Apply textures, lighting, and rendering techniques to produce high-quality visualisations that showcase design concepts effectively.
- Portfolio Development: Maintain and update website with samples of previous work, highlighting expertise in designing commercial spaces and private residential projects (condominium and landed properties).
- Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate closely with the design team, project managers, and clients to understand project requirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives. Communicate effectively to convey design concepts and address any concerns or questions that may arise during the design process.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on 3D renderings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards. Make revisions as necessary to meet client expectations and project specifications, ensuring that the final deliverables exceed client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a 3D Designer/Visualiser in the interior design industry, with a focus on commercial spaces and private residential projects (condominium and landed properties).
- Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as AutoCAD, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Sketchup and Enscape.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your 3D design skills and experience in commercial spaces and private residential projects (condominium and landed properties).
- Ability to do 3d walkthrough or 360 view would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.
