The Sales Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the Customer Service Representative Team and ensure timely, accurate order processing and responding. The Manager will manage and track approved customer RFQ, orders and billing, as well as, work closely with the Contracts team and Program Management organization, to address and resolve any order issues. Basically, your duties as Online & Digital Marketing Executive are as follows:

Online Store

1. Devise and implement online store business plan and strategies to achieve the sales and profit targets of the company.

2. Plan, organize and execute promotions and events for online store by liaising with the MD department and Advertising & Promotion team to enhance online store sales.
