We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the glass fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction sector, particularly in glass solutions, and a passion for sales. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored glass fabrication solutions.
This company is a first architectural glass manufacturer in the region to obtain an ISO 9001 certification and to be conferred AS/NZS (Australian Standard / New Zealand Standard) 2208 for safety glass. They have sought to apply cutting-edge technology coupled with solid research and development (R&D) efforts, to create unique ‘smart glass’ products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the construction industry
- Proactively looking for new sales opportunities through business development call, networking, and social media.
- Providing quality technical consultative service and generating specification document to Architects, Façade Consultants and Contractors
- Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals, negotiating terms and conditions to close deals successfully.
- Collecting feedback from customers or potential clients and sharing it with internal teams to improve sales strategies.
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years proven work experience as a Sales Executive in the building industry an advantage
- GCE “A” level, diploma in business, sales & marketing or related professional qualifications
- Possesses strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses strong customer orientation and customer relationship mindset.
