Overview:

The Risk & Permanent Control Department (RPC) in Singapore is under the supervision of Local Chief Risk Officer (LCRO). LCRO reports functionally to Regional Chief Risk Officer and locally to Senior Country Officer Singapore.

LCRO acts as the RPC representative in front of local management and other departments as well as local external entities (regulators, auditors, etc). LCRO has managerial responsibility on all RPC activities.

The functions based in Singapore are:

• Sector Corporate Structure (SCS): in charge of analysis and assessment of counterparty risks in Corporate and Structured financing in different sectors and of credit decision process
• Credit Monitoring & Reporting (CMR): in charge of administration and monitoring of counterparty risks inherent in the business activities, and of internal and external reporting based on the data generated from our internal systems / tools
• Market Activity Monitoring (MAM): in charge of monitoring, control and reporting of performance and risks of global market activities
• Operational Risk Management (ORM): in charge of permanent control at level 2.2 and reporting of operational risk related events and incidents

Summary of the position:

• Under-study and assisting the Sectors Corporates Structured (SCS) team where applicable, with particular focus on corporate files belonging to the CIB business line in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand as well as corporate files under SFI Coverage.

Main Responsibilities:

• Undertake preparation / updating of financials
• Assist the analysts team to prepare the annual reviews of corporate groups, monitoring of the economic evolution of clients and global limits on groups (checks & prepares limits etc).
• Interact with Front Office, Regional & HO RPC SCS
• Minutes-taking at Credit Committee.
• Checks the correct data input for sign-off of credit files.
• Update the weekly monitor for annual reviews calendar & ratings.
• Perform independent re-computation of financial covenants.

Summary of the position:

• The Payroll and Operations Specialist is a key member of the HR team who will report to the Compensation & Benefits Manager.
• He/She will be responsible for processing the monthly payroll & accounting entries, benefits administration and ensuring data accuracy in the HRIS system.
• He/she will review HR policy and ensure day-to-day handling of HR matters are compliant with the Bank’s guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Main responsibilities:

1. Payroll, Benefits Administration and Operations

• Support HR operations in managing end-to-end payroll and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.
• Manage employee benefits programs relating to health insurance, claims, leaves etc. Maintain accurate benefits record and ensure timely processing of enrolments, changes and terminations.
• Coordinate and manage timely submission of all mandatory surveys from government and regulatory bodies. Prepare and submit monthly reports including headcounts for validation.
• Process and follow up on all government related claims such as NS, childcare, maternity, paternity claims.
• Provide advice on HR policies, procedures and address payroll and benefits related queries.

2. Project Management

• Assist with the execution of global, regional and local HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project timeline and the Bank’s goals/objectives.

3. Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

The Department and position

The department is responsible for development and maintenance of Capital Market applications used by worldwide users.

The DATA and Regulatory Reporting section within Capital Markets IT division is responsible for the delivery and monitoring of various Pre & Post Trade transactional reporting covering various regulations - MIFID, SFTR, EMIR, APAC regulatory bodies. The team is in charge of internal transactional exchanges to regulatory authorities, as well as quality control and remediation frameworks for regulatory data reported to external regulators in support of our business activities.

Main responsibilities

Application monitoring responsibilities

· Define and implement in coordination with the build team the needed application monitoring

The role will focus primarily on the build and run in-house component platform in line with the major global projects with a high value budget. You will lead and keep engage 10 to 15 team members composed by business analyst, technical lead, software developers and Application support.
