This is a 6-months internship on-site role as a Marketing and Operations Intern at DB Golf Center. As a Marketing and Operations Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day marketing activities, managing operations, providing customer service, and ensuring smooth operations of the center. You will work closely with the marketing team as well and operations teams to execute marketing strategies and ensure excellent customer service.

• Develop compelling and engaging content, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and website copy.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our events and services.

• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, including ROI and KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.

• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to produce relevant and informative content for our target audience

• Utilising market research and competitive analysis to identify target markets, audience segments, and marketing opportunities

• Assist and support operations team: handling bookings, response to enquiries from every social platform and walk-ins, customers concerns, maintaining the customers database accurately etc.

• Ensure the facility is a safe and clean environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations

DB Golf Center is looking for a Sales & Marketing / Personal assistant at the following terms and conditions:

a) Strategizing the marketing of the company, developing goals and objectives

b) Taking care of video/photo editing

c) Develop:

• Relationships with potential clients
• Vision
• Mission
• Strategic Plan
• Action Plan

Assist the Managing Director in daily operations such as:

a) Develop a strong marketing plan

b) Social media ADs

c) Photo and video Editing

d) Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about services

e) Handle bookings and payments

f) Maintain system customer database accurately

g) Perform general administrative tasks

h) Keep a safe and clean facility by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

i) Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

l) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

m) Carry out of his duties to the best of his abilities and knowledge and work such hours that are reasonably necessary to perform the Employee’s duties.
