• Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm / Saturday 9am-1pm (Alternate)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the facilities with routine checks on electrical, air-conditioning systems, compressed air and chilled-water systems
• Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep the building in daily operational state
• Supervise vendors during renovation in order to ensure a smooth transition to new areas
• Maintain good housekeeping in AHU and switch room to maintain cleanliness of equipment and site
• Work with contractors and vendors to carry out schedules and supervise work on premises to ensure quality cost effective repairs and renovation
• Must be able to hands on to carry out repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works
• Must be able to carry out simple fault finding for telephone lines
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirement:

• Possess minimum Nitec in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service with at least 2 years of related experience
• Certificate in Building Maintenance / Building Inspection will be an advantage
