Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer engagement through campaigns and programs, including Rewards Catalogue, promotions, and exclusive events.
- Plan and execute events to increase footfall and sales, managing the entire process from planning to post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop new offerings for the Rewards Catalogue.
- Support sales, marketing, and onboarding efforts for eVouchers and monetization strategies.
- Manage the EDM marketing calendar and performance marketing efforts in collaboration with agencies.
- Coordinate CRM EDM needs with business units and implement data-driven marketing initiatives to drive member footfall and spending.
- Handle digital engagement with members across EDM, SMS, website, in-app, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Set up and manage campaigns using CRM systems and campaign tools. Experience with platforms like Session M, Braze, and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
- Assist in marketing operations, business development, and growing loyalty programs, including campaign management, tenant marketing, onboarding, billing, and customer service.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience.
- Experience in CRM, EDM marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and adaptable team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and customer engagement platforms (e.g., Braze, Session M) preferred.
