Responsibilities -
- Lead on project sourcing activities (identification, assessment and contracting) in the local region and support existing projects.
- Ensure that sourcing flows and processes (including documentation and interaction with other teams) are in line with the company guidelines.
- Understand client needs, gather market intelligence and identify industry trends.
- Manage client’s portfolio across the region
- Manage budgeting and revenue of assigned region.
- Develop a list of potential clients in key industries defined within the team’s mandate
Requirement
- Experience in project identification and screening for potential leads
- Excellent communication skill
- Capacity to work independently
