Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Beauty Salon Sales Receptionist cum Beauty Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage salon operations, and assist clients in selecting beauty services and products that meet their needs. Additionally, the candidate will perform various beauty services as required.

Details:

• 5 Days / Week, Wednesday to Sunday (11am to 8.30pm)
• Off Days: Monday and Tuesday
• Islandwide Locations

Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:

• Greet and welcome clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling via phone and in-person, ensuring optimal use of salon resources.
• Handle client inquiries and provide information about services, products, and promotions.

Sales and Customer Service:

• Actively promote and sell salon services and retail products to clients.
• Provide personalized beauty advice and recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
• Follow up with clients post-appointment to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Assist with promotional events and marketing initiatives to boost salon visibility and sales.

Service Provision

• Perform beauty services such as facials, SHR, DHR or other treatments as trained and required by the salon.
• Ensure the highest standards of service quality and client satisfaction during each appointment.

Requirements:

• Min 1 year experience in beauty industry.
• Candidates with experience in sales and customer service in beauty industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of beauty products and services is highly desirable.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for the beauty industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Promote and assist beauticians/therapist in current packages and promotions to enhance sales and meet outlet shop sales targets.
• Schedule and manage appointmentsHandle client inquiries, complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and promotions to effectively inform and sell to customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years’ experience in sales.
• Sales driven and able to work independently
