Job Description: Marketing Assistant
Position Overview:As a Marketing Assistant at Genesis Recruiters Pte Ltd, you will support the marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns. You will help enhance our brand presence, engage with clients, and promote our services through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
- Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members to produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Maintain the company’s website and update content as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, internships included, is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
