· Prepare / Propose technical manuals, Demo Kits in requirement to market condition Prompt responses to Sales Team / Customers’ technical enquiries

· Keep awareness of new product launch and acquire its technical knowledge Confident to conduct training / seminars to a group of audiences

· Provide hands-on pre & post sales technical issues

Requirements

· Diploma/ degree in Engineering is a must; preferably electrical-trained.

· At least 3-5 years relevant experience in a technical support role. Candidates with more than 5 years of relevant experience may beconsidered for Senior Sales Engineer.

· Knowledge in handling low voltage electrical product.

· Comfortable travelling in the region for 20 – 30%.

· Perform market research and analysis, including competitor analyses, sales forecasts, and monitoring new market trends, to support proposed marketing programs and new product introductions.

Requirements

· At least 5-8 years relevant experience

· Knowledge of marketing management, product planning, and sales forecast principles, methods, and practices.

· Proven analytical capabilities for competitive assessment, market research, and strategic planning.

· Experience in Process Safety Applications will be an added advantage.

· Familiarity with and a preference for working in an SME-type structure.

· Occasional travel in the region is required.
