Grab is looking for an experienced SalesForce Transformational Strategy and Implementation Analyst to join us as a SalesForce and Sales Tools expert. You will support our rapidly evolving and growing business by translating cross-vertical and cross-functional business requirements into functional SalesForce tools. Our objective is to help our business stakeholders succeed by defining the SalesForce strategy tailored to their needs and guiding them through every stage of the implementation process.

Get to Know the Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will be an important member of the regional team based in Singapore. You will drive SalesForce roadmap planning, operations, and execution processes with cross-functional and cross-vertical teams. You will help define governance and SOPs within the Grab Merchants organisation and lead the execution of key deliverables for SalesForce-related projects.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

• You will drive SalesForce roadmap planning, operations, and execution processes with various teams.
• You will define and enforce governance and SOPs around SalesForce, including drafting policy documentation and guidelines.
• You will act as the central point of contact for merchants on all SalesForce-related projects and lead the execution of important deliverables according to committed timelines.
• You will support Grab sales teams and leadership on SalesForce-related issues.
• You will conduct workshops with partners and client-facing sales teams to ensure successful implementation.
• You will strategize and define solutions to meet both short-term and long-term business needs and objectives.
• You will use internal and industry tools to manage projects and communication.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Sales Operations Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales Operations.
• SalesForce Expertise: Previous experience with SalesForce, ticketing systems, and CRM systems.
• Certification Knowledge: Understanding of relevant SalesForce Certifications, such as Certified SalesForce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Certified SalesForce Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Certified SalesForce Administrator.
• Project Management: Strategic planning and project management skills to lead multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, adaptable across organizational levels, countries, and cultures. Experience working in Southeast Asia is a plus.
• Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with senior, cross-functional, and cross-vertical stakeholders throughout the company, leveraging strong relationship and consensus-building skills.

This role will report to Senior Manager, Salesforce Delivery Lead and plays a critical role of a Salesforce Lead Business Analyst with an exciting journey to enhance our Salesforce platform and improve adoption. The candidate will need a strong techno-functional background in Salesforce (out-of-the-box standard functionality and custom solutions) with proven hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud modules.

This role will be onsite, and the office location is in Singapore.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will:

• Lead a team of Business Analysts, plan and prioritize projects, and ensure value delivery to the business.
• Translate business strategies into technical requirements and IT solutions, understanding customer and product needs.
• Share the product vision and collaborate with Business Owners and Scrum Masters to execute projects effectively.
• Influence business unit leads and ensure alignment with project objectives using agile methodologies.
• Engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and develop solutions leveraging Salesforce functionality.
• Craft business requirement documents, user stories, and system design specifications, ensuring traceability.
• Manage the product backlog, understanding and prioritizing business needs while proposing enhancements.
• Conduct UAT training, create and run UAT test scripts, and coordinate system testing.
• Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform for emerging business needs and provide guidance on solutions.
• Collaborate on technical architecture and bring domain expertise to the team.
• Identify system/design bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions.
• Implement large-scale integrations and understand authentication mechanisms and deployment processes.

What Skills You Will Need

• Salesforce Expertise: At least 8 years of business analysis experience with strong knowledge of Salesforce features (Sales and Service Cloud) and hands-on experience with configuration and customization.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Security Model, Process Automation, Data Migrations, SOQL/SOSL, Dashboards) and customization skills.
• Agile Methodologies: Proven experience in leading projects using agile delivery, prioritizing requirements, and conducting functional testing.
• Integration Experience: Proven experience in implementing large-scale web service integrations and good understanding of CI/CD platforms like GitLab, Copado, Jenkins, Ant tool.
• Salesforce Certifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Certified, and Service Cloud Certified are required. CPQ Specialist certification is a plus.
• Additional Tools: Good understanding of Salesforce Lightning Aura/LWC frameworks, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and AppExchange tools like Conga and Adobe Sign.
