Making all varities of parata, all varities of dosa, Mee goreng, south Indian dishes
Minimum 4 years experience required in prata making (Indian style)
Minimum 2 years experience in south indian dishes
Assist the main chef during non peak hours or
Take care of the south indian dishes during weekly off from other cooks
Handle sales during non peak hours
12 hours shift work ( morning 6:30 AM -2:30 PM and evening 4:30 PM -10 pm)
Weekly once off - Tuesday or Thursday only
After one year, bonus will be applicable
Salary will be 3000-4500 sgd based on experience
food safety license is required. Refresher course will be sponsored for existing certificate holders
