Job Description
- Ensure good machine maintenance and facility team performance.
- Establish team with good discipline and high morale level.
- Plan and tracking all the equipment maintenance schedules and activities, such as daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly machine preventive maintenances.
- Ensure machines are running smoothly for daily operations.
- Provide trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills to the team.
- Ensure proper installations, renovations and maintenance of facilities to minimize production delay.
- Perform routine inspection and ensure the main equipment are in good condition to support daily operation.
- Cost control on facility and machine maintenance within the budgets.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards, BIC requirements and other relevant regulations.
- Perform training and guidance to the facility & maintenance team. Instill good maintenance practices and safety culture.Ensure all the works done on time and meeting quality & SOP standards.
- Update and documented all the inspection and PM reports.
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years of experience as a Facility Engineer or in a similar role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Project management skills.
- Basic equipment maintenance knowledge.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office.
