As a Senior Marketing Manager at Hubble, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance our brand presence in the built environment sector. We are looking for a purpose-driven leader who excels in guiding and inspiring a team while focusing on delivering impactful results. In this role, you will lead a talented marketing team, collaborate with key stakeholders, and apply your comprehensive marketing expertise to develop and execute campaigns that deliver increased brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across diverse markets.
- Create and implement annual marketing plans for focused markets, driving awareness, consideration, and adoption of Hubble’s integrated progress-to-payment platform for developers, main contractors, and subcontractors within the built environment.
- Lead and inspire the marketing team to achieve strategic goals and drive high performance. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members while fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Working across the management team and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success and Product Management teams to deliver high-impact opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute content strategies to engage target audiences across various marketing channels. Build and nurture Hubble’s online community to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to develop effective go-to-market messaging and strategies. Identify opportunities and anticipate market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and content creation. Ensure campaigns are optimized for performance and ROI.
- Organize and execute events, both online and offline. Lead topic generation, content preparation, speaker coordination, and participant invitations to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Own and manage the marketing budget, including planning, OKR setting, and tracking ROI for all campaigns. Ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
- Any other tasks assigned by the CEO.
- More than 8 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation, lead generation, and account-based marketing.
- Proven track record in managing an entire marketing mix and scaling multiple channels.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, including leading and mentoring a marketing team to achieve high performance.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organisational change.
- Strong strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive, flexible, and can-do attitude.
- Previous experience in a fast moving technology or SaaS company is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record of achieving exceptional results in digital marketing, with demonstrated experience in executing effective SEM and SEO strategies.
- Excellent inbound Marketing and Article writing (English) capability. Bilingualism will be a huge bonus.
- Has experience building and developing large online communities.
- Familiar with MarTech platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Strapi, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Lusha/ZoomInfo, Canva, and Figma. Adventurous with emerging generative AI tools.
