• Day-to-Day management of properties
• Co-ordinate tenant fit-out works, additions and alterations work and reinstatement work
• Manage maintenance works to ensure the building facilities & equipment are in working condition

• Self-motivated, cooperative and able to work independently
• A good team player with outgoing personality; creative and innovative
• Relevant certificate in workplace safety & health and/or construction related certificate is preferred
