Job Description
Plan, coordinate, oversee the process of providing TCM services in the company.
Responsible for patient safety and patient care, and the SOPs that facilitate these Objectives.
Ensure that staff and facilities are in compliance with laws and regulations.
Plan and participate in the training and development of staff, monitor and track
performance of staff.
Participate in strategic planning and business plans.
Handle, resolve and communicate complaints and incidents.
Provide Chinese raw herbs knowledge and support for business needs, clinical staff and patient enquiries.
Work closely with TCM Physician on raw herbs knowledge.
Review and improve standards of medical services, innovate and implement ideas.
Conduct interviews, onboard and training for WYN employees.
Manage WYN’s related matters including but not limited roster/schedule, leave application, assist & provide monthly commission & payroll required information.
To manage raw herbs stocks.
To achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth of.
Any adhoc duties assigned according to business needs.
Job Requirement
Proven experience in sales and operations management or a similar role in health supplement/healthcare industry and/or retail with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present findings effectively.
Knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
