1. Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

3. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
   Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to improve the customer experience.
   Represent the company at regional industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
   
4. Sales Performance Management:Monitor and assess regional sales performance against targets, providing detailed reports and insights to senior leadership.
   Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the region.
   Implement corrective actions where necessary to meet or exceed sales objectives.
   
5. Collaboration with Other Departments:Work closely with marketing, product development, finance, and other teams to ensure alignment on strategies and campaigns.
   Provide input on product development and market requirements based on regional insights.
   
6. Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations in the region.
   Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on the region's sales performance and market conditions.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in sales management, preferably in a regional or multi-location capacity.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret sales data, trends, and financial reports.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Have networks in POS industry in American region.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and competitive landscapes.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from subsidiary companies from various countries.
2. Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries
3. Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing quotation, invoice, navigating customer to payment platform , issuing sales order , purchase orders to other trade-related documents.
4. Responsible for shipment arrangement and inventory management (including stocktaking) to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.
5. Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
6. Collaborate with sales staffs in daily operation and prepare reports if needed

Qualifications and Requirement

· Able to coordinate with different stakeholders and be able to communicate with Chinese spoken supply chain team.

· Able to adapt to a fast-growing environment.

· Willing to do hands-on jobs and other administration tasks.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
