The Role

As part of our regional expansion, we are looking for a digital marketing intern to support Intellect in B2B and B2C Marketing. We are looking for someone who has big ideas, but is also detail-obsessed, feels confident working with data, and is looking to grow their digital marketing skill set in a rapidly growing company.

He/she will be reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager.

You will be involved in the day-to-day running of digital campaigns and initiatives which includes:

• Work with Brand Marketing to ideate new marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Assist the team in ideating and executing a content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other new media platforms
• Tracking and analysing content and paid marketing efforts on social media
• Create content and copy for integrated media strategies such as PR, email, video and paid marketing
• Manage and nurture working relationships with ambassadors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Liaise with key brand partners and co-building promotional campaigns
• Support the Marketing team in organising and planning for Intellect’s annual Mental Health Festival
• Partner with B2B Marketing team to organise Intellect’s sponsored booth and entitlements at key HR conferences
• Assist with event marketing for thought leadership events that are self-organised or run with partners
• Test and learn new digital assets on various owned, earned, and paid platforms

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Have excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
• Are data driven, results focused and always looking to improve things
• Highly organised, and ability to work independently and in teams
• Preference for candidates which are able to commit full-time (3-6 months)
• Preference for experience in prior jobs, internships, and/or certifications in Digital Marketing

As a BDR intern at Intellect, your primary responsibility will be to drive the initial stages of the sales process. You will actively engage in prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation to identify potential clients. Conduct thorough research on target companies and industries to tailor outreach strategies. Your goal is to secure meetings with key decision-makers, providing them with insights into Intellect's mental health solutions. This role is instrumental in expanding Intellect's client base and contributing to the company's growth. It offers a valuable opportunity to develop essential skills in sales, communication, and market research within the mental health sector.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Identify potential clients through market research, leveraging online platforms, and other relevant resources.
• Generate leads and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients.

Cold Calling and Outreach

• Initiate and conduct cold calls to engage with decision-makers in target companies.
• Tailor communication to effectively communicate Intellect's mental health solutions and benefits.

Research on Companies:

• Conduct in-depth research on target companies, understanding their organizational structure, pain points, and industry trends.
• Provide insights to enhance outreach strategies and align solutions with client needs.

Meeting Setup:

• Secure and schedule meetings with key decision-makers to present Intellect's offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads into the sales pipeline.

Communication and Relationship Building:

• Maintain clear and professional communication with potential clients.
• Build rapport and establish the foundation for long-term relationships with prospective customers.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
• Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and progress.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Keep detailed records of interactions and maintain an organized database of leads.
• Provide regular reports on outreach efforts, successes, and areas for improvement.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay informed about developments in the mental health industry and incorporate knowledge into outreach strategies.
• Actively seek feedback and use it for professional development.

• Currently a university student. Pursuing a degree in Sales, Business, Psychology, or a related field would be beneficial. However, the focus should be on the individual's skills and aptitude.
• Open to students from Singapore (hybrid), Philippines (remote), Malaysia (remote) and Indonesia (remote)

• Clear and effective verbal and written communication to engage with potential clients and articulate Intellect's value proposition.
• Strong research skills to gather comprehensive information about target companies, industries, and market trends.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and a natural inclination for identifying and pursuing business opportunities.

We're looking for an experienced Field Marketing Senior Associate with a background in event execution, cross-team collaboration, and performance tracking to join our Marketing Team.

In this role, you will manage and execute events with Intellect’s partners and third-party trade show organisers, as well as monitor and analyse effectiveness of field marketing activities through post-event evaluation reports. You will be cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders to solidify the brand’s image among key audiences as a leading mental wellbeing company across multiple activities throughout the year.

You should have experience in marketing or business development to manage the event roadmap, negotiate with stakeholders, manage logistical needs, build rapport with partners/vendors, calculate ROI, and provide strategic recommendations.

You will report directly to the Demand Generation Lead, with immense opportunity to grow in a dynamic marketing team and build your professional network while on the field.

• Own and manage the B2B marketing events roadmap
• End-to-end execution of events, from planning to post-mortem reporting
• Participate in events with commercial and marketing teams to further strengthen Intellect’s brand image as a top-of-mind wellbeing solution for businesses and employees
• Work with the commercial team to triage leads from events
• Actively track, analyse, and report year-long ROI of events

• Bachelor’s in marketing or business development
• At least 2 years of related experience in field marketing, ideally in B2B events and stakeholder management
• Metric-driven with the ability to calculate ROI, analyse and tell story with data, and provide strategic recommendations to different teams
• Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
• Highly organised and has a keen attention to detail
• Experience in the mental health industry optional, but will be preferred
