We are looking for a Business Manager to oversee a team of Interior Designers ensuring that they deliver exceptional customer experience and achieving company’s targets and objectives at the same time.

• You will be responsible for ensuring team members are proactively engaging customers, delivering high quality design proposals, leading to successful sales closure.
• Drive productivity and efficiency of team members leading to achievement of business goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and execution of projects generating high customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for team resource management.
• In collaboration with cross functional team member, carry-out quarterly performance reviews on each team member to groom and develop areas of improvement.
• Provide support and guidance to team members overcoming their challenges.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Min. 3 years sales & operation experience in the residential interior design industry.
• People management and coaching abilities.
