With extensive experience in SAP Cloud technologies, we help organisations streamline operations, increase efficiency, and drive successful digital transformations. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a strategic marketer with hands-on experience in B2B marketing, content creation, lead generation, and campaign management across multiple marketing channels, particularly in the tech or software sector to elevate our brand and amplify our market reach.
Primary Purpose and Scope
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive growth for our SAP Cloud solutions.
- Drive marketing initiatives that and strengthens ISS position in the SAP Cloud solutions market.
- Craft and execute impactful marketing campaigns aligned with business and sales objectives to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads to drive revenue.
Key Result Areas and Accountabilities
- Strategic Marketing & Campaign Execution
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Implement integrated campaigns across digital, social media, email and other relevant channels to maximise brand visibility and achieve sales objectives.
- Demand Generation & Lead Conversion
Design and execute lead generation campaigns to drive interest and convert leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Content Creation & Management
Create high-quality content for websites, emails, social media, videos, and digital assets to engage and educate target audiences, positioning our solutions as the go-to choice for SAP Cloud solutions.
- Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends and monitor SAP’s direction and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to capitalise on emerging opportunities. Continuously refine marketing approaches based on insights from market developments, competitor actions, and SAP Cloud innovations. Track and evaluate campaign performance to measure ROI and make data driven decisions to optimise future marketing efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales and customer success teams, as well as external partners, to ensure alignment and maximise the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Customer Success Stories & Case Studies
Develop compelling customer success stories, case studies, and reference videos to highlight the value of our solutions, boost brand credibility, and demonstrate customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement materials such as presentations, and solution briefs that effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.
- Brand Management:
Implement effective brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all sales and marketing materials, communications, campaigns, and customer touchpoints, reflecting our unique value proposition and effectively resonating with target customers.
- Industry Engagement, Events & Partnerships
Participate in industry events and conferences, building strong networks and partnerships to enhance our brand presence within the SAP Cloud ecosystem.
- Continuous Learning
Stay current with SAP Cloud solutions and industry developments to keep marketing strategies relevant and innovative.

Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of B2B omni-channel marketing experience, preferably in technology, software or ERP solutions.
- Proven track record in developing and executing result-driven marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in lead generation, demand generation and digital marketing tools (web, email, social media, video).
- Self-starter with a strategic ROI-focused mindset
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to tackle challenges with a learning-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident with strong English proficiency (additional languages a plus).
Nice to Have
- Understanding of SAP Cloud solutions, particularly SAP Cloud ERP systems, and their role in business transformation.
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions and cloud-based software delivery models.
- Knowledge of SAP’s business technology and marketing approach.
- Experience working in a Professional Services/Consulting environment.
- Experience working with virtual or remote teams.
