Job Description:

· Provide personalized nutrition counselling and advice, develop healthy eating plans.

· Plan and develop content for nutrition workshops

· Conduct nutrition related workshops and cooking demonstrations

· Coordinate and manage health promotion related projects

· Provide nutrition consultancy services to the Company’s clients in the healthcare and wellness industries

· Assist in expanding and maintaining the Company’s client base and business in providing nutrition and health-related programs/services

· Undertake any other duties that the Company’s Management may deem necessary or appropriate to your role as a Nutritionist

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in nutrition and or Dietetics

· Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in nutrition, health industry

· Ability to communicate well in English and Mandarin Chinese

· Possesses sound and current technical knowledge and skills in nutrition

· Ability and experience to apply such knowledge and skills through nutrition consultancy services and nutrition education and training programs.

· Excellent public speaking and presentation skills

· Has strong interpersonal and communication skills, and is able to communicate well with colleagues, clients and consumers.

· Able to optimize work performance and outcomes of given responsibilities and tasks.

Job Description:

· Responsible for achieving monthly sales targetsset for all outlet in both Singapore and Malaysia.

· Responsible to lead all the outlets to achieve Sales KPIs

· Review daily sales performance of each outlet

· Conduct a weekly and fortnight sales review to identify and close gaps if any

· Coach Branch Managers to develop and maximize their performance

· Identify current and future customers requirements by establishing a good rapport

· Partner with management team to develop and implement sales strategies and any other operations planning

· Perform personal sales consultation to keep sales skills abreast

· Ensure outlet’s operation is aligned with SOPs and Government regulations

· Manage sales team and resolve dispute due to sales related issues in outlets

· Maintain customer satisfaction and manage customer complaints

· Improve sales performance for existing staff performance via providing continuous training and coaching plan

· Lead the outlet staff in continuous learning and personal growth

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management

· Strong leadership, pleasant and outgoing personality

· 5 years’ relevant working experience with proven Sales Achievement in similar industries (Health / Wellness / Beauty / Spa)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint to prepare PPT and analytics data

· Good English and Chinese to communicate with a dynamic team

· Ability to set challenging goals, priorities task and overcome obstacles

· Ability to lead, inspire/develop interest/ enthusiasm others

Responsibilities

Responsible for the marketing work of the Group's Beauty Business

Manage marketing budget, plan, implement marketing & promotions plans and ad hoc campaigns

Plan monthly/periodic promotions for existing customer retentions

Prepare, writing, editing, proofreading content in website, blogs, advertising, promotion campaigns and materials, etc

Create web banners, event booths, visual displays, photography and videography projects

Oversee social media content for Instagram, FB, Tiktok, Lemon8, XiaoHongShu, Wechat, etc

Requirements

Minimum 3 years hands-on work experience in sales and marketing in beauty industry

Degree holder or above in Marketing / Arts

Strong marketing experience in social media channels such as SEO, SEM, FB/IG, Youtube, Wechat, Xiaohongshu

Possess a ROI mindset in marketing planning & execution

Multi-tasking, meticulous and organized

Pro-active, flexible, energetic, beauty market sensitive and excellent interpersonal skills

Experienced in Google AdWords advertising is preferred

Graphic designer / arts background is definitely an advantage
