What you will do:
As Sales Operations Manager, you will help the sales organization run effectively and in support of business strategies and objectives.

• Build up mindset of weekly order forecasting for the month and quarter, align high level with Vertical Business Unit (VBU) leaders.
• Driving projects pipelines Pulse-check status including actionable internal/external action plans.
• Provide leading indicators to drive secure order including pipeline sufficiency, new pipeline creation, YTD win rate, Say-Do Ratio vs Plan vs outlook.
• Clear understanding deal by deal on Risk and upsides drive action tracker on steps to close a risk/upside deal with deal needed articulated.
• Forward looking pipeline margin tracking versus target margin.
• Business acumen to review secured order with business leaders & drive for results.
• Standardize performance dashboard/reports as part of project performance and operating rhythm.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of existing sales processes and identify areas open to process improvement.
• Cost optimization lead with Global Product and VBU leaders
