Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue. This position primarily involves selling our frozen products to new customers.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard potential clients in the wet market, hawker, coffeeshops and food courts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to ensure repeat business and
customer satisfaction through active follow-up and regular sales visits
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry knowledge, competitors and market developments.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Cross-selling/Upselling of products.
• Ensure prompt payment from clients
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food supply industry with 1-2 years
experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in multiple languages / dialects is a plus.
• Knowledge of food industry trends.
• Preferably with valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients.
