Responsibilities
- Generate Sales leads.
- Identify and approach new customers.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Meet customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure sales and marketing alignment to drive revenue growth.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Achieves objectives by creating marketing and sales strategies.
- Prepares and completes the marketing action plan.
- Answer customers inquiries through email or phone.
- Promote positivity and motivation within the Sales team
- Investigate and resolve factors impacting sales performance
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be able to handle stress and work in fast-paced environments.
- Good computer skills, e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Multi-lingual will be an advantage as this position will deal with various type of stakeholders.
