MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:

• Updating and maintenance of product material master with SAP system
• Review sales trends and stock level to facilitate purchases
• Communicate with sales and marketing team on any sales quantity projection / forecast, combine inventory requirements for various markets
• Collate and execute new products phase in / old products phase out, order planning and coordination from source till scope of inventory management
• Conduct inventory management on forecast planning, incoming & outgoing quantity
• Coordinate on inbound shipments with freight forwarder and 3PL warehouse
• Coordinate on outbound shipments to Asia clients (local / exports); inform clients on shipment details and send shipping documents
• To support export shipping documentations, and relevant shipment arrangements to achieve on time fulfillment
• To assist the team / department to generate past sales report data, and work on upcoming inventory reports and stock available situations
• To assist the team / department to achieve relevant KPIs as set by the management

EDUCATION:

• Diploma in any discipline / GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in procurement.
• Strong computer knowledge of Excel.
• Candidates with SAP experience will have an added advantage

Education:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level

Experience, Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Min. 1 year outdoor sales (B2B) experience.
• Experience servicing hair salons would be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with proper guidance.
• Able to converse bilingually with client.
• Energetic and enjoy meeting people, possess good business etiquette.
• Must be highly organised, flexible, goal-oriented and results driven.
• Must have your own car.
