Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Sales & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. Candidates with strong communication skills will stand out. Organizing the warehouse and picking up new skills will be necessary in contributing to your success in this role.
Job Responsibilities
· Organizing the warehouse and managing the stock.
· Taking care of the incoming sea freight and making the arrangements with the forwarder.
· Taking care of our branches’s orders and distributors orders.
· Assisting sales team for the packaging & delivery.
· Assisting man power job and replacement job at the project site.
Occasionally visit project sites as needed to project-specific requirements.
Job Requirements
· Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g, Logistics, warehouse.)
· Proven experience in warehouse management.
· Excellent communication abilities.
· Ability to work independently and multi-task.
· Cheerful and pleasant personality and positive work attitude.
· Willingness to visit as required for project site visits.
