Responsibilities:
- Preparation of quotation & process job orders
- Follow-up jobs with operation team and customer to ensure on-time delivery
- Administrative support to department
- Close billing and follow-up payment with customer
- To manage timely payment from customer
- Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements:
· Possessed minimum GCE 'O' level
· At least 1 year related working experience
· Candidate must be customer oriented
· Able to work in fast pace environment and a team player
· Energetic, resourceful and hardworking candidate
Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel
