We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager cum Business Development to lead the marketing team on our brands development efforts across our group: LeVeL33, Erwins Gastrobar & Locaba Bakery. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and excellent project management skills to coordinate marketing initiatives, events, and partnerships that elevate our brands and expand our market presence. Prior experience in the F&B industry will be an advantage.
In this role you will work closely with the Group Designer and also the Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Related to Marketing, you are expected but not limited to:
- Manage the relationship with our P.R. agency, ensuring effective communication and alignment on brand messaging.
- Review and edit press releases, ensuring high-quality content and timely submission.
- Coordinate and consolidate event details from the operations team, communicating with relevant departments.
- Monitor timelines for P.R. and internal team submissions, keeping everyone on track.
- Write and vet marketing copy for campaigns and events.
- Develop relationships with partners to facilitate brand-driven events.
- Plan and host media events that enhance brand visibility.
- Manage filming requests, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Work with the operations team to develop new menus based on branding, profitability, and operational optimization.
- Plan and evaluate brand events, promotions, and collaborations to ensure successful outcomes.
- Other duties assigned.
Related to Business Development, you are expected but not limited to:
- Lead the business development portfolio, driving growth and new opportunities.
- Coordinate with the bakery and sales teams to reach potential clients and expand B2B partnerships.
- Facilitate B2B client requests to drive sales growth.
- Manage external events, such as pop-ups and festivals, to promote the Locaba brand.
- Negotiate with B2B customers to secure favorable deals.
- Review and approve social media content, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging.
- Collaborate with external partners to increase brand visibility and boost business growth
- Working with the bakery team to advise them on products that are both aligned with the brand but also is popular in the market.
- Manage new projects.
- Other duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience
- Able to start work immediately or within a week/month notice.
- GCE O/A level/Diploma specializing in the field of marketing
- Proficient in MS office
- Strong communication skills
- F&B industry working experience will be an advantage
