Working Days: 5 days, Monday to Friday

Working hours : 9am to 6.00pm

Salary : $3200-4000+Com( No aws or bonus, no allowance, no company transport)

Job Scope

-is looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.

-The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

-You will be fully working from office.

•⁠ ⁠Proactively own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts and become their trusted advisor and influencer.

•⁠ ⁠Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com solution and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI.

•⁠ ⁠Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Be an expert on the monday.com platform, with a deep understanding of our capabilities and value.

•⁠ ⁠Consult with customers on their internal processes and challenge leaders to drive change across their organization.

•⁠ ⁠Create and implement internal promotion programs within customer organizations to generate awareness and drive usage of monday.com.

•⁠ ⁠Partner with others at monday.com to ensure successful account management and surface customer inputs back.

Skill Requirement

•⁠ ⁠Preferably 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales, account management or consulting experience working with large, enterprise-level accounts (> 50-150K ACV)

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience as the owner of the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building the relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in Strategy consulting - advantage

•⁠ ⁠Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives

•⁠ ⁠Superb written and verbal communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Positive attitude, empathetic, and energetic

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations and maintenance of a group of specialist clinics and day surgery centres.
• Plan and coordinate daily operations activities and resource utilization.
• Support the Operations team to achieve optimal operation and efficiency of clinics/centres, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of the clinics/centres.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and management skills.
• Provide solutions to operational issues to enhance clinics'/centres' performance and service.
• Ensure compliance with MOH updates/regulations.
• Commute daily within clinics/centres as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations management and customer service in the healthcare industry preferred.

Job Description :

• Build and maintain relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise

(SME) clients, understanding their financing needs and business objectives.

• Act as the main point of contact for SME clients, addressing inquiries,

concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.

• Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and market

dynamics to provide tailored financial solutions.

• Source and identify new lending opportunities within the SME segment,

including prospecting and lead generation activities.

• Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and risk analyses for loan

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in commercial banking, SME lending, or

relationship management, with a focus on business development and credit

analysis.

• Demonstrated track record of successfully originating and managing SME

loan portfolios, achieving lending targets, and mitigating credit risks.

• Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to evaluate business

financial statements, assess credit risk factors, and perform cash flow

modelling.

• Familiarity with credit underwriting standards, loan structuring techniques, and

risk mitigation strategies in the SME lending context.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build

rapport with clients, understand their needs, and negotiate effectively.

• Ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and concisely, both
