- Perform testing, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electrical and electronic devices or systems.
- Conduct component-level repairs on printed circuit boards using tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and similar equipment.
- Update, reset, and restore product software and systems as needed.
- Execute repair, troubleshooting, and upkeep tasks both in-house and occasionally on-site.
- Diagnose and resolve system and equipment issues on-site in various environments, such as indoor locations, outdoor areas, or vehicles.
- Participate in the setup, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
- Take on project responsibilities or other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess strong practical skills in electrical/electronic systems; experience with soldering is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Open to working beyond regular office hours and performing outdoor fieldwork when required.
- Holding a Class 2 or Class 3 driving license is advantageous.
- Preferably experienced in diagnosing and repairing industrial or electrical devices, automotive systems, or PCBA components at the component level.
- Holds an ITE or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering (or similar), with at least 1-2 years of field service experience.
- Candidates with a relevant degree or more than 5 years of experience in a similar role may qualify for senior positions.
