Job Responsibilities:
Monitor daily progress towards performance targets for each managed store, and strategically allocate merchandise to facilitate the achievement of performance goals.
Execute merchandise allocation plans based on terminal sales demands, ensuring rational distribution of products. Quickly respond to and adjust deviations in store merchandise placement. Continuously improve inventory turnover to maintain a balance between supply and demand.
Conduct regular investigations and analyses of inventory and sales at terminal locations, discovering potential sales opportunities through market research.
Collect market feedback and assist various product departments in adjusting merchandise strategies. Implement and execute merchandise operational strategies.
Analyze store merchandise situations in accordance with display standards and operational plans. Organize, supervise, and guide stores to implement strategies, coordinating to expedite merchandise turnover within the region.
Utilize drones for merchandise allocation and implement periodic replenishment strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in merchandise replenishment, allocation, inventory management, and product planning.
Strong language communication skills, proficiency in office software.
Demonstrated dedication and effective teamwork spirit.
Previous experience in trendy, toy, and building block industries is preferred.
