Prepare and submit samples for project tenders
Gather necessary projects information, create proposals and present them to potential clients

Provide clients with professional advice on products and services, and offer alternative solutions that best meet customers' requirements
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers' satisfaction

Accomplish sales target and KPI individually and as a team
Prompt update of CRM and maintain accurate records in the system
B2B sales experience, preferably in a related or similar industry is an added advantage
Must possess own vehicle for site visits and meeting customers
Exposure in building material, interior products or relevant trade is an added advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of project tendering and management processes
Able to work at Kranji area
