The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BC/DR, risk management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a Data Centre Environment
• Strong knowledge of BC/DR standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301,etc.)
• Proven experience conducting BIAs, risk assessments, and plan development.
• Familiarity with crisis management frameworks and incident response protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.
• Proficient in BC/DR software and tools.

The Sales Manager identifies and qualifies prospective clients, seek opportunities for new sales through client and market research. He/She keeps clients informed of new products/service offerings and assists with translating client and channel partner needs into actionable insights. He/She is responsible for the development of channel sales product promotions and co-marketing activities, responds to technical and procedural questions, coordinates the formulation of price quotations, submission of sales contract for orders and maintenance of customer records. He/She supports the training and guides channel sales partners about product and/or service offerings and features based on mutual performance objectives.

As a Sales Account Manager (Financial Services), the role is to “hunt” for new opportunities within the assigned territory, that may be currently small or whitespace. Overview

The Business System Analyst is responsible to gather, analyse and formalise user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project.

As a Business Systems Analyst/Consultant, the broad area of your job responsibilities should cover the following:

• Gather, analyse and formalise user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project.
• Prepare project documentation such as Requirement Specifications/Use Case Specifications etc Adhere to project scope, update requirement traceability matrix, inform and record out-of-scope issues.
• Develop technical design specification and translate technical design into process/program specification. Involve in the design review session.
• Make changes to configurable items, which include hardware, software, documentation, etc.
• Participate in Coding and Code Review.
• Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test & implementation activities.
• Prepare user manual and operations manual, and plan & facilitate training of users and operators.
• Provide post implementation support (including production support and service requests).
• Escalate and discuss critical issues such as scope creep with the relevant managers.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions. Conduct gap analysis of current business process to identify improvement opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have/be:

• Preferably 2-8 years IT working experience
• Possess relevant system development / maintenance experience using .Net/Java-related technologies
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the sales booking from award to project creation
• Ensure timely and quality service provided to Client Service Unit (CSU) teams for order processing request, sales and project registration
• Work closely with Service Organizations to expedite on the project registration and project budget baseline
• Assist Project Managers with cost sheet preparation and processing in Cost Sheet Management System (CSMS)
• Provide guidance to Sales Specialist with regards to cost sheet preparation and processing in CSMS
• Advise CSU teams on Percentage of Completion (POC) and Non-POC projects classification
• Ensure risk budget catered during bidding time is correctly captured during cost sheet processing
• Ensure order processing request is supported with actual LOA/PO from client
• Validate the order processing request from sales teams to ensure sales booked is based on firm award provided by client
• Ensure GovTech Admin Fees handling is correctly captured in CSMS and to advise AM to tag Bulk Tender ID in CRM where applicable as this has downstream impact for GovTech Admin Fee reporting
• Assist in UAT for CSMS system enhancements
• Assist CSU sales teams with Banker’s Guarantee preparation
• Timely submission of full legal documents (tender documents, tender proposals, clients’ contracts, LOA/PO) to Legal Dept to enable timely sales incentive pay-out for CSU sales teams
• Advise CSU sales teams on the sales processes where necessary

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Diploma in Business or relevant disciplines
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience in Tech industry as Sales Support
• Able to deliver high quality post-sales support with tight timeline
• Good stakeholder management skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, PPT, Word)
• Solution oriented with keen interest in proposing and driving change when required
