As a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Consultant, you will be involved in developing, implementing, and maintaining Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs for the Data Centre. This role requires a proactive professional capable of analyzing risks, creating response strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational resilience in the face of potential disruptions.

What will you do?

• Implement and manage Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery frameworks and infrastructure services complying to BCM standards and best practices.
• Lead the support team members that are key to the successful delivery of the services.
• Manage change to service projects’ scope and schedule to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Understand clients’ business environment and challenges. Applies knowledge to address clients’ issues.
• Apply information gathering methods, tools and techniques, which are appropriate to the information required and sources available e.g. focus groups, structured interviews, design of questionnaires/surveys, observation, statistical analysis, etc.
• Observe and analyse information to identify trends and issues, identifies root causes to problems, employs structured approaches to generate ideas, evaluates and selects actions. Recommends courses of action that are supported by sound rationale, objective facts and research.
• Craft clear, well organised reports/messages/papers and bringing out the value to the customer.
• Manage customer relationship during the projects deliveries through strong governance and communications skills.
• Provide pre-sales support for Request For Proposals by sizing delivery cost, writing of proposals, customized response for bid questions and presentation on Service Projects Implementation to potential customers.
• Ensure that customer projects are completed to a high quality and to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Manage and maintains Recovery Centre’s certifications and audits requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BC/DR, risk management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a Data Centre Environment
• Strong knowledge of BC/DR standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301,etc.)
• Proven experience conducting BIAs, risk assessments, and plan development.
• Familiarity with crisis management frameworks and incident response protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.
• Proficient in BC/DR software and tools.

The Sales Manager identifies and qualifies prospective clients, seek opportunities for new sales through client and market research. He/She keeps clients informed of new products/service offerings and assists with translating client and channel partner needs into actionable insights. He/She is responsible for the development of channel sales product promotions and co-marketing activities, responds to technical and procedural questions, coordinates the formulation of price quotations, submission of sales contract for orders and maintenance of customer records. He/She supports the training and guides channel sales partners about product and/or service offerings and features based on mutual performance objectives.

He/She works in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and travels to clients' premises for meetings as and when required. He is familiar with client relationship management and sales tools. He/She is knowledgeable of the organisation's products and services, as well as trends, developments and challenges of the industry domain.

The Sales Manager is self-motivated and mindful of placing the client's interests at the forefront of his/her priorities. He/She is able to confidently explain how the product can add value to the customer and is proactive in identifying and addressing client needs. He/She is a team player who is able to take rejection as a personal challenge to succeed when given the next opportunity.

What will you do?

• Identify prospective clients and channel partners through calls, on-site visits, emails and networking or industry events
• Conduct client and channel partner research to uncover insights on potential business needs
• Conduct market research and profiling, competitive landscape analysis and client profiling

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
• 4 years experience in IT or ICT Consulting industry or experience focusing on sales/account management in the private sectors preferred

As a Business Intelligence Lead, you are comfortable translating clients’ business strategy and requirements into solutions underpinned by Data & Analytics, where BI plays an integral part in our clients’ success. What you will do:

• Coaching and growing a team of junior consultants, guiding them in their work to deliver impactful insights, and ensuring the quality in BI delivery.
• Developing and promoting best practices in analysis, information hierarchy and visualization techniques.
• Research and experiment new technologies to augment NCS’ portfolio of BI solutions and accelerators for large scale deployment.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 7 to 10 years of consulting and end-to-end implementation experience in delivering business intelligence and analytics solutions for enterprise, ideally using Qlik or Qlik Sense, together with proficiency in API development related to BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau and Power BI.
• Good hands-on experience in SQL and Python development.
• Prior working experience in embedded visualization and mashups using Qlik and Tableau configured with SSO, JWT and SAML authentication.
• Identify Potential BI tools limitations and explore alternative ways to overcome through APIs/custom CLIs.
• Establish a framework to automate BI project migrations to different environments.
• Prior working experience in any cloud platform such as AWS/Azure/GCP integrating analytics solutions.
• Project delivery experience to estimate and breakdown work efforts, coupled with the know-how to identify, assess and mitigate BI delivery risks.

As a Sales Account Manager (Financial Services), the role is to “hunt” for new opportunities within the assigned territory, that may be currently small or whitespace. This person is to lead the deal strategy including shaping NCS’s value proposition & partnerships within and outside NCS. Leveraging on his/her expertise in technology and unique knowledge in the industry, he/she is a trusted advisor and consultant to the clients.

With close client engagement and interaction, he/she is responsible for leading the Healthcare account tribe to win NCS sales. The role includes account penetration, prospect qualification, follow NCS sales process, work with Bid Management, LOB, sales specialists etc. and closing all sales opportunities in the assigned territory.

What We Seek to Accomplish Together:

• Identify and qualify opportunities, influence client’s mindset through NCS facilities such as Tesseract
• Orchestrate externally and internally to create environment for successful delivery
• Assess high level conceptual design, identify right delivery teams to ensure that what is sold can be delivered at the right and best margin to meet the client’s expectations
• Establish responsive business relationship with client including problem reporting and resolving highly complex service delivery issues when escalated
• Lead and manage the project delivery teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services to the client in a cost-effective manner
• Identify, assess and resolve complex business problems/issues and propose alternative solutions, gather market intelligence on client’s preferred solutions and competition’s partnerships etc.
• Identify and manage issues and risks and act as an escalation point within the account
• Manage and monitor account and opportunity level business development spend, in support of the client team’s margin
• Manage risk and impact of change requests and assist with service request of variation order negotiation
• Work closely with legal and contract management to get negotiation of T&Cs with the client when we don’t have any existing agreement in place
• Work closely with the Lines of Business on project capability gaps
• Manage sub-contractors and vendor contract escalated matters
• Act as the Solution Lead to ensure solution consistency and be the custodian of architecture along with NCS’s SCOE and LOB’s support and agreement

The ideal profile should have / be:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimally 8 years’ experience in IT or ICT Consulting industry with 5 years or more experience focusing on sales/account management in the private sectors
• Prior experience in Banking/Insurance industry in Singapore and the region
• Process broad business acumen and deep industry knowledge, and to use this knowledge to develop/enhance client relationships
• Proven track record in assuming overall responsibility and managing multi-million dollars projects in key client industry
• Process ‘hands-on’ knowledge, vast exposure and wealth of experience within vendor and user environment, coupled with a driven and self-motivated personality.
