Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing & leading the sales and marketing team to attain annual sales targets
- Devise and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
- Analysis of sales revenue, setting performance goals and generating leads and new business opportunities
- Monitoring market dynamics to be up to date with changing trends and competitors
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports to the General Manager/Managing Director
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales in the engineering or technical industry.
- At least 3-5 years experience in supervisory or leadership role in sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients
