1. Sales and marketing plan management: responsible for medium to long-term sales plan making and achievement in Singapore and Southeast Asia, the implementation of sales strategy and marketing strategy, and 0-1 team building;
2. Market analysis: analyze business lines in Singapore and Southeast Asian markets, segment industries and competitors, formulate sales strategies in line with the region according to regional differences, accurately target customer groups, make sales strategies according to the customer's industry, and ensure that each region achieves the annual sales target;
3. Plan and control the annual sales budget to maximize profits;
4. Customer analysis: Analyze the data of key strategic customers, accurately locate customer demand and demand cycle, forecast monthly and annual sales, analyze sales trends and differences, timely revise sales strategies, and establish the monitoring and analysis reports of key strategic customers in Singapore and Southeast Asia;
5. Customer management: regularly visit key customers in Singapore and Southeast Asia, actively grasp the progress of customer projects and needs, expand cooperation areas, develop and enable new business models;
6. Business development and cooperation: Through the analysis of R&D progress and business needs of Singapore and Southeast Asian biological companies, can accurately locate potential customer groups, and provide customized solutions according to the current research direction and progress of customers. Explore and establish partnerships with domestic and foreign stakeholders in the bio-pharmaceutical industry to foster strong partnerships;
7. Operation management: Review the annual statements of Singapore and Southeast Asia regions, conduct risk assessment and establish the supply chain system, maintain the good relationship between the company and the governments and other government agencies of Singapore and Southeast Asia, and prepare for the further expansion of the business in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Professional competence and job requirements Professional skills & Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in biomedicine, major in biochemistry or related;
2. More than 10 years of biomedical sales experience, including more than 3 years of sales team management experience, familiar with marketing strategy formulation, have 0 to 1 team building experience is preferred;
3. Good logical analysis, communication and coordination, team cooperation and management skills;
4. Chinese mandarin and English can be working languages.
