Job Scope (Responsibilities):
- Answering phone calls, replying emails, answering customer queries, providing information, taking and processing orders
- Liaise with clients directly if there’s delivery or stock issues
- Communicate with logistics for delivery arrangement
- Prepare packing list for warehouse
- Arrange to bring down pallet and update of pallet record
- Matching signed delivery order invoice with tax invoice
- Daily sales report submission
- Mailing invoices to clients
- Filing of invoices
- Preparing of sticker labelling
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience
- Positive and willing to learn
- Good interpersonal, communication & administrative skills
- Meticulous and attentive to details
- PC literate
- A great team player
