Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct intake sessions, clarify job requirements, and define recruitment strategies.
- Leverage innovative sourcing methods to build and nurture diverse talent pipelines.
- Perform initial resume reviews and conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Oversee the interview process, including defining interview panels in partnership with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
- Work closely with HR team to design competitive compensation packages.
- Extend and negotiate job offers with candidates.
- Establish trust and credibility with stakeholders by providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed of current and future hiring needs, analyze talent market trends, and recommend tailored recruitment strategies.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
The Successful Applicant
- Has 5 years of in-house recruitment experience in QSR or FMCG industries
- Posseses strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Skilled in working independently, taking proactive actions, and effectively prioritizing tasks.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and multi-task in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools such as ATS, Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean and Greenhouse.
