Job Purpose:
The Engineer shall drive sales growth in the assigned territory to potential and existing customers. Develops and implements sales and marketing plan to achieve sales objectives. Prepares and delivers technical presentations explaining our products or services. Confers with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements. The job holder carries strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively communicate with customers and other members of the organization

Key Roles
1. Achieve Sales
- Establishes and maintains customer relationships in assigned territory.
- Provides solutions related to gas and liquid analyzer and instrumentation, pumps, control valves, and engineering services.
- Recommends improved products or solutions to customers’s application, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.
- Work closely with service teams to propose analyzer maintenance plans.
- Reviews enquiry and prepare quotations by referring to past quotations and related customer documents, consulting with Engineers, and other professionals.
- Provides regular feedback by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing competitor information, market trends.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Meeting assigned individual sales plan
2. Manage Risk and Business
- Develop risk management plans and risk controls in alignment with the organization’s risk management framework.
- Analyze and consider the financial implications of various decisions and tasks.
- Analyze the solutions developed and work accomplished to identify learning points for continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Organizational Function
- Drive team performance to achieve department goals.
- Analyze viability to propose continuous improvement/lesson learned initiatives and drive change management to achieve the goal for the first time right.
- Provide onboarding training to newcomers and attend training provided as part of personal development.

Prerequisites:
- ITE, Diploma or Degree in Chemistry or Engineering of Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years relevant working experiences in industrial B2B (Instrumentation & Process Analytics in Oil & Gas, Chemical/Petrochemical, Gases, Water, Electronics/Semiconductor, Pharmacuetical, Food & Beverage).
- Experience in field instrumentation, process analytics and mechanical equipment will be highly relevant but not compulsory.
- Candidates without relevant experiences may be considered for junior role.
- Demonstrates a positive working attitude and can work under pressure.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and experience in NAV system is highly desirable.
