3. To maintain and update statutory registers and minutes books.

4. To perform client due diligence.

5. To handle work pass application for clients’ expatriate staff.

6. To prepare XBRL format of financial statements.

7. To handle administrative duties as assigned.

8. Any other ad hoc corporate services required by the clients.

Requirements:

· Candidates undertaking CGQP or possess MAICSA qualification or finalists, preferred.

· Relevant working experience is a plus.
