Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop a portfolio of multiple current customers (airlines, brokers, OEMs, Lessors,..) and prospective / new customers within the countries under your responsibilities and in line with hierarchy, helps execute business strategy to develop turnover and margin in its area;
- Develops opportunities by planning and maintaining regular contact with all current and prospective clients in your area by means of executing standard cold call, face to face meetings;
- Pro-active approach to prospecting to open new accounts;
- Provides regular updates on external market situation
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding, anticipating, meeting and exceeding customers’ requirements;
- Provide each client/prospect with technical knowledge and experience, offer advice and recommendations for maintenance services and practices that will benefit their operations;
- Monitor and coordinates marketing efforts to achieve sales target
- Develop and expand our network with regional stakeholders
- Manage sale project until its successful closure.
- Support AOG request when needed
- Write and negotiate contracts;
- Issue visit report and update CRM after each visit
- Participate to payment collection
- Liaise with our European office and internal stakeholders
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or Engineering,
- Strong work ethic and ability to self-motivate,
- Minimum of three years' experiences in component repairs and maintenance sales,
- Knowledge of contracts to include: pricing, warranty, and options,
- Self-motivated business builder who can work independently in an entrepreneurial environment,
- Fluent in English, a second Asian language or French is a plus (in order to liaise with Asian language or French speaking associates),
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills,
- Able to travel internationally around fifty percent (50%) of the time.
