Additionally, you will facilitate workshops, coordination meetings with various project stakeholders and reporting to HPC.

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree in Architectural, Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of related work experience and demonstrated competency (with at least 2 years of managerial / supervisory experience)
• Knowledge and skill in design thinking, change management, project management, process and technology adoption methodologies, would be a strong advantage
• Familiar with hospital operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders

As part of the Marketing Communications team, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design marketing materials. The scope of work includes creating graphics for online, mobile, and social media platforms, such as user-interface graphics, banners, thumbnails, etc. Additionally, it involves designing collaterals such as brochures, online newsletters, logo development, branding templates, and way-finding signage for SingHealth and its institutions.

Specifically, you will be tasked with developing materials such as posters, banners, flyers and newsletters to promote the SingHealth Health Buddy app, its modules, and functions, and to support the graphic needs of the Health Buddy app.

Job requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communications / Design or equivalent

· Excellent command of both spoken and written English

· Experience in managing iOS/Android apps, UX/UI design, and digital project management would be advantageous

· Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Google Analytics

· Prior experience in conceptualising and/or producing marketing materials/collaterals

The SingHealth Operation Technology (OpTech) Team provides comprehensive support for Medical Devices and Operation Technology Systems (MDOTS) and SingHealth managed systems. In the face of accelerated digitalisation and the rapid adoption of advanced healthcare technologies such as robotics and AI, the landscape of healthcare consumerism is evolving and the integration of Telehealth with OpTech is a key solution to meet future healthcare demands. The incumbent plays a key role in overseeing the successful procurement, evaluation, and deployment of OpTech-managed projects within SingHealth.

As the Assistant Manager, Operational Technology, you will be responsible for the following:

• Deliver on MDOTS and EMS workplan(s) and ensure successful deployment and operationalisation of new projects within schedule and budget.
• Implement a systemic process to evaluate MDOTS’s vulnerability on an ongoing basis and execute risk mitigation activities.
• Provide essential information to facilitate leadership decisions regarding risk to organisational operations and medical devices across SingHealth.
• Implement activities within and across teams to ensure efficient service delivery and successful achievement of business objectives and security/IT obligations.
• Provide consultation to SingHealth institutions on IT-related issues for MDOTS, enabling agencies to make informed decisions that are aligned with HIM Security policies and standards.
• Participate in strategic initiatives or ad-hoc projects when required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent will be advantageous.
• Minimum 6 years in the IT industry with IT project management, IT infrastructure and systems services delivery experience. Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for the Manager role.
• Demonstrate excellence in project management, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver them in a timely manner.
