Position Overview:The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to enhance the company's market position. 3. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

4. Sales and Revenue Generation:Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

5. Project Management and Implementation:Oversee the execution of business development initiatives and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

6. Reporting and Performance Monitoring:Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and key metrics.
   Analyze the effectiveness of business strategies and recommend improvements.
   Provide insights and feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and business performance.
   
7. Networking and Brand Development:Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company.
